Choose your songs or tunes in advance & let us know by email or phone so that we can assemble a running order. We may perform some of the songs in bar as well.

Proceeds will go to the Sasha Roberts Scholarship Fund.

The Fund was established in 2007 to commemorate the life and the work of Sasha Roberts, writer, illustrator, academic, dwyle-flunker, star Lewes Arms pantomime actress, Cliffe Bonfire Society member and girl-about-Lewes. Sasha was tragically killed in a car accident in 2006 in which her son Lio was terribly injured.

Each year the scholarship, based at the University of Kent where Sasha was a lecturer for nearly 10 years, is awarded to a student working in one of Sasha's many fields of interest: Shakespeare, early modern poetry, Renaissance drama, women's reading practices, metaphysical poetry, and early modern manuscripts. In its short history the scholarship has already become one of the largest of its kind at the University of Kent. The annual award is based on the interest the fund generates each year so that scholarship will be awarded in perpetuity, thus keeping Sasha's memory alive. The first Sasha Roberts Scholarship was awarded to a graduate student in the School of English on 15 January 2008. Lio presented the cheque.
